ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Argentina and moved to the U.S. for college. I have a bachelor’s degree in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Mathematics, and a master’s degree in Leadership and Management.

In 2021, I became a Sister Alma Women in STEM Scholar and began working in the Marsh Lab at Johns Hopkins. It was there that I found my passion for clinical neuroscience and research focused on improving patient outcomes. I continued working with the lab throughout my master’s degree, eventually becoming the lab coordinator, which allowed me to gain experience leading clinical research and working directly with patients while developing my own research interests. This experience ultimately led me to pursue a PhD and continue building a career in neuroscience and clinical research.

In 2025, I was awarded the Flagship Fellowship at the University of Maryland and joined the Neuroscience and Cognitive Science program. I am currently studying how brain activity and neural networks change following neurological injury. My research combines neuroimaging and clinical research to better understand recovery and help advance treatments for neurological conditions.
